Many members of Central Baptist Church had a burden for the children and young people within the church who have felt called by The Lord to be missionaries, preachers or preachers wives or otherwise called to be in the ministry full time after graduation and college. Because of this burden the Central Baptist Church Ministry Preparatory School was started and opened its doors on August 26th, 2002. In this school students learn Language Arts, Science, Math and History within a Christian environment rather than a public school. Students also are exposed to life on the mission field, study other countries and their religions and have an opportunity to go soul winning and participate in ministry type activities. We use the Alpha and Omega© curriculum which helps develop students in good study habits, character and Bible knowledge.
